This prompt is going to turn our focus towards the abundance already appearing in our lives. The purpose of this is to demonstrate how by consciously choosing our state of mind, our outer world can edge towards reflecting this state.
Choose wisely.
Name a person or pet that showed up for you when you needed them the most.
Maybe it was an "out-of-the-blue" phone call during a challenging stretch in your life. Or, the time your bichon-poodle crept into your closet and stayed with you for hours while you cried after your mother died.
True story.
Write down as many instances of love showing up for you that you can remember.
Once you are done, place this list somewhere close by and read through it whenever you need a mood shift towards love. If you are having a hard day and are struggling to come up with examples, that's why I am here.
I created this whole website just for you.
You are worth it.
Write that down.
Great post Diana, certainly love and kindness can be delivered from a variety of sources. Most recently, an acknowledgement from 2 prior colleagues of intentional mentoring provided to them years ago are bearing fruit in their careers - through promotions and business opportunities. I know many reading this post have similar feelings when such acts occur -- those calls, emails and texts can truly turn a "bad day" to one of gratitude. Cheers!
