I have had so much fun creating these exercises as I walk on the beach with Oakley. I imagine what you might be thinking or feeling and I always hope you feel better after the experience. The sunrise keeps us company as well as offering an endless supply of wonder and inspiration.

Mindful Walking (Part Two): Be in the Way of Beauty
it's time to take stock of how you FEEL.
The easiest way to do this, as minds tend to wander oh-so-much during walks (or in life), is to ask yourself how you feel before you leave on your walk. Take note. If you happen to remember during the walk to check in with yourself, that's awesome, too. Once you return, grab a pen and some paper and answer these questions:
What is going on in my life right now? How did I feel as I began my walk?
At the conclusion of my walk, how did I feel? (This can be physical sensations as well as your emotional state)
Any attempt at growing your self-awareness, however small, still adds to your cumulative spiritual growth.
