An Easy Morning Gratitude Practice

Gratitude is a powerful tool of transformation. Incorporating easy, daily practices of thanks will help us move towards healing.


Below is practice you can do first thing in the morning. The magic is attaching it to the moment you wake up. This is your built-in cue to begin the day in gratitude and makes establishing this habit that much easier.


Start with a goal of 7 days. If this feels good, increase to 21 days.
