How Does Being Grateful Feel?



I am still learning to trust my inner cues. One way I am growing my trust within is by paying attention to how my body feels when I am grateful. If I can recognize and label these signals when I am flowing with life, then I will better be able to identify them when I am stressed out or overwhelmed.



Once you are grounded, do this next:


Trauma, pain, and loss often cover over how we really feel.


Therefore to help unearth the truth, keep checking in on the signals of your body throughout the rest of your day.

Be patient with yourself.
