First, before anything else, I want you to know how grateful I am to have you here. Your time is valuable and I do not take this lightly.
Now that you have arrived, you may be curious as to what is expected of you. It’s simple really. All you need to do is to come as you are. You don't have to pretend you feel great if you don't. I’m not here to help you "positively think" your way out of life's inevitable challenges. I won't be telling you what you should or shouldn't do as you contemplate deepening your inward-path process. I won't send you lists of life hacks or force you to commit to impossible, lofty, meditative goals. My intention is to share an honest account of my inward journey to help honor anyone else on this path. This includes all my detours and occasional crashes.
My years as a blogger have taught me the more authentically I share what has cracked open my soul, it gives others permission to do the same. By creating a variety of content and sharing resources with you, my wish for you is to find and use only that which you need. I want to be clear, you are not required to do every Find Your Flow practice or meticulously answer every Journal Reflection.
Maybe you won’t have the time or the energy to read new blog entries or even muster the motivation to contemplate a weekly Message from the Sea.
Never feel any pressure to do anything.
Listen intently to what your heart wants.
Do that.
Listen again, and if your heart changes.
Then don't.
Never feel like you have to comment or share content on social media. I don't mind. All I know is that as the inward path deepens, it becomes so rewarding, it helps you be more "you" in the outer world. As the inner you grows in strength and beauty recognized, this will spill over into the lives of those around you.
All miracles start small.
Let us take it one step at a time.
